2. Q:What is the average lead time for initial orders ? Re-orders?
A:Normally ,new customers will need 30 days after we receive the deposit and design of products;For order customers, The delivery time is around 20 days after deposit. For samples delivery data is 3 days.

3. Q:What’s the MOQ?
A:Our MOQ is 2000 pcs each item, and also we accept small quatity the testing order, such as 1000pcs each item. For small testing quantity order, we will also keep the same price to support our clients to test your market.

4. Q:What’s the payment term?
A:We generally accept T/T,30% deposit before production and the balance before shipment.
 

5. Q:How about the color and design?
A:Color and logo can be made according to your demands.
 

6. Q:How about your warranty and after-sale service?
A:Warranty is one year. We are responsible for any damaged products and if quality issue happens, we will exchange damaged one for you. However, you might need to return damaged one to us and play the shipping cost.
 

7. Q:What’s the way of transportation?
A:Express,air and ocean shipments are all available.
